Feb 09,2019Tom Barefoot's Tours booked all of our excursions in Hawaii. Everything was wonderful. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Each tour guide did a little something extra on our tours. Go to Hawaii and use Tom Barefoot's Tours. Pictures can not show the true beauty of Hawaii.

Feb 09,2019Great. Loved the whale watch experience on a smaller, more personal boat. We saw these fabulous creatures up close and personal in a boat that was nimble and fun to ride in. The guides were professional, funny, and efficient.

Feb 08,2019When the staff kept referring to the trip as “the snorkeling trip” I wondered why. We didn’t see any dolphins. The snorkeling was partly nice. We stopped at two spots. The first was great with plenty of fish and coral. Then we moved to a fairly rough sea area, deeper than the first with the boat rocking quite heavily. Then they decided to serve lunch. The second spot was too deep and rough for snorkeling and for lunch. The captain asked if anyone was getting seasick but while it wasn’t making anyone sick, it was difficult to move around and not enjoyable or comfortable.

Feb 08,2019Good company to work with. Easy to make reservations and they were very knowledgeable about the area. It was raining the day we were going ziplining and the company cancelled midway through and said we would get a refund. Tom's made sure it was back on our card quickly.

Feb 07,2019Booking was a breeze and the reservationists went above and beyond for us. The checkin at the river was easy and we appreciated the briefing from the guides. We had a blast kayaking, hiking through the shin deep, slippery slidey mud, and swimming at the waterfall!! What a great family outing for our group of 11. Thanks for the incredible memories:)
