Feb 07,2019Original tour got cancelled due to boat problems so was offered a full refund or to be reschedule to another boat. Courteous and helpful with rescheduling.

Feb 07,2019Great experience with people who give a rip! Real folks who enjoy what they do. Saw much wildlife above and below the water. Whales, manta ray, lobster and lots of great fish. We also did the snuba - well worth the extra bit of cash. Loved the trip.

Feb 07,2019Tom helped arrange an excellent last-minute tour for us. Our Lanai snorkel trip was excellent with lots of close whale sightings, spinner dolphins, two octopi and fish that were so plentiful we felt we were snorkeling in an aquarium. Thank you! We did return to find a $60 parking ticket, so remember not to park in a three-hour lot!

Feb 07,2019We booked with Tom's and due to reasons outside of everyone's control, like an erupting volcano, our ship was diverted and didn't end up making the timeframes that they promised. Tom's was awesome and reached out to our cell phone personally calling us EVEN BEFORE WE KNEW THERE WAS A CHANGE IN OUR OWN ITINERARY and informed us of both the news and that they had already credited our account. They are amazing and it makes me even more sad we didn't get to do our excursion with them. - Newlyweds Ryan and Wife
