Apr 20,2023Ordered a Bosch Jet Nozzle Lance, it never turned up and phoned the customer support team and they refused to do anything about it. I was told that I would have to wait 15 days, if it still has not arrived by then to call back. Very poor customer service and no effort to resolve the problem. I would not deal with this company again.

Apr 14,2023Ordered four Makita MakPac Stackable Tool Boxes from Tool Box, but unfortunately 2 were out of stock to be sent later and they sent 2 wrong items, so not a good start. We offered to keep 2 items that were sent incorrectly as we could see we could use these items alongside our original order, but we were told that they would have to collect the wrongly sent items, then order them again if we wanted to keep them. Returning the items sent in error involved printing a label, a copy of the original invoice and printing and completing a lengthy returns form and of course repacking the item to their standards to ensure you don't lose your refund. We then had to contact them for the wrongly sent items to be collected between the hours of 8am and 6pm - not a set time! This was not up for negotiation, they had our money and they were keeping it until we did exactly as they asked - No meaningful apology given, just that this is their company process, take it or leave it, even though it was their error that put us in this position. As a result we asked them to cancel our full order and did what was necessary to return the wrong item - pending refund until it's returned safely to their depot. THEY THEN FAIL TO COLLECT!! Needless to say will not be using Tool Box or their returns company again and we cannot recommend them to others.

Apr 11,2023I have recently bought Ozito 2600W Silent Garden Shredder. It has now been set up; with which I needed help because it is heavy; and it works fine. It is nice and quiet, shredding outcome depends on the material you try to shred. I was struggling with bamboo canes which were masticated but not chopped. I still need to do more practice to achieve best results, but so far I am happy with. It has options for adjusting the dimension of the shredded material, so I need to play with it for best results.

Apr 08,2023Used cllick and collect for an ‘in stock’ item on Thursday, phoned beforehand to ask if it would definitely be available on Saturday - said yep as ‘in stock’. Wasn’t ready. so, if you don’t want to be let down - use a different supplier.
