Feb 27,2023I ordered £300 worth of equipment to a clients house to do a job. They left it outside his door and said he had signed for it. When he got home it wasn't there. I lost the job as it needed to be done last weekend. The company are now refusing to give me a refund. I'm now £300 out of pocket, plus the £100 I would've got for the work. Have to cancel my holiday I have booked with my son for this week. They are callous, horrible, individuals that work there.

Feb 27,2023I had searched this company on Google when comparing the price of a drill. It was the first time that I bought from them, however, I found that their price was very competitive and the ordering process was very smooth. The delivery was so fast even when I paid for a normal delivery. I will definitely visit this site again if I need any other tool in future. I would also recommend anyone who needs a tool visit this site to compare the price before placing their order.

Feb 23,2023Would not recommend they are selling items that do not match the description so I reached out to them about sending the item back and they told me I would have to pay to send it back. so I did so and it’s been 3 weeks and they claim that they haven’t received it yet and I was tracked and Royal Mail said they have deliver it when I ask they are very rude and haven’t got my money back would not recommend.

I was informed that the main item in my order was out of stock AFTER the shipment had left the sellers premises, giving me no chance to cancel the order and shop elsewhere. So I received a minor part of my order with a hefty carriage cost. Had I known I wasn't receiving the main item ordered I WOULD have cancelled!

Feb 16,2023from Tooled up this kit was labelled as a PLUMBERS KIT . its NOT a plumbers kit . Its a nice Kit of various tools including an electric test screwdriver and various small spanners and screwdrivers BUT its not a plumbers kit .Miss representation at best ! no idea what plumbers need at worst ! No pipe cutters , no pipe burr cleaners ,no pipe spanners etc
