Jan 30,2023Ordered a festool extractor boom arm. This was listed on the tooled up website as dispatched within 7 days but having not arrived after 3 weeks I emailed to ask when I would receive it. I was advised it was due with them that week and would be sent to me immediately. Emailed them 10 days later for an update to be advised that it arrived damaged and festool could not deliver to them until April. Checked with Festool who advised that it is in stock for immediate delivery. Misleading that tooled up state on their website that it was available for dispatch in 7 days when they appear to order it from Festool after receiving the customers order. Would award 1 star but the staff are really friendly and helpful and quick to respond so given 2 stars
