Aug 01,2022Ordered a pair of Soft Car Roof Rack Luggage Bars which arrived promptly. They are well made and I'll keep them for the odd time I don't want to hitch up the trailer for light-ish items. I've not had cause to use them yet but they should be fine!

It is a strong and robust implement. They despatched the product quickly and kept me informed of its transit progress at all times. They even sent a follow-up e-mail to check I had received my item and that I was happy with it. I would highly recommend Tooled-Up to anybody.

They were also doing an exclusive special promotion on Bosch tools (again not something the mammoth was offering). Minor issue with a deliver but rectified immediately- always a good sign of a customer centred service. Will use again.

Jul 22,2022Ordered the new Black and Decker 18v shrubber in Jan. Tooled Up kept me informed of delays in delivery due to supply issues. Delivered quickly once stock arrived. The shrubber is great. Changing the blades needs a little care to balance them on the fittings. In use it is well balanced and does a good job on light trimming which is what it was purchased for. Well worth it

Jul 21,2022Noticed that the Faithfull diamond sharpening stone was on offer at Tooled-Up. I haven't used the company before. Next day, delivery and meticulous communication on status of order. Thus isn't important for a mere hobbiest like me but if you are a professional, perhaps knowing where your order is, when it's going to arrive is key. The Faithfull sharpening stone seems OK, ask me again in a year when I've built up some experience sharpening chidels and planes but the freebie diamond hand sharpener put a wicked edge on a kitchen knife I was about to throw away.
