I bought a "compatible" replacement spool for my B&D strimmer from Amazon. It was neither compatible nor of high quality, so it got sent back. Then I found these guys. Genuine B&D parts at a proper price - so I ordered 2. They arrived by Royal Mail 2 days later and were perfect. Thanks Tooled-Up. You get my vote and I shall look to you first for future purchases.

Received an Ozito Cordless Angle Grinder with a manufacturer date of 4/2018 printed on it I was not at all happy its "OLD" stock Yet I am expected to pay for the return postage now even though it wasn't advertised correctly.Nice company to deal with😤😤.Should be advertising as New Old Stock.😒 A Bloody Disgrace!!!

Update: After posting below, they tried to cover up by claiming that my dispute related to an unauthorised discount code. This is not true. My complaint related to the poor handling and waste of time by their customer service staff that asked me to send them a whole host of information and links, over multiple chats and emails, to then not take this into consideration when I made a request for a good will gesture of 5% off a £350 order. Not good. Original Review They were very poor at dealing with my complaint via multiple chats and on the phone. I explained I would give them the opportunity to deal with my complaint before posting a review, but they declined on 3 occasions. You can only try and help people and if they do not want to listen then the only option you have is to leave a factual negative review. I would be happy to have a dialogue with a senior manager or Director to explain. On a positive note, the online order went well, good price, good comms and fast delivery.

Really pleased with my Gardena Hose and reel.So easy to use and dose not bend. Spray very good with different settings. A little more expensive but you get what you pay for !! Actually looking forward to watering now. Many thanks

Flymo Mower blade not the same as picture on EBay listing. Arrived via Amazon. The box was unsealed and the blade inside had a different part number (stamped on blade) to the one on the box. I couldn’t find this number anywhere on the internet. I needed it urgently so made do. It works but is it Flymo? Will it last? There is something odd happening here.

Ok to use unless something goes wrong. One person in the Custer services department is rude, unhelpful and makes you feel as if you are being an inconvenience. I asked for an exchange to a faulty item and once I sent it back I got a very short email saying I had been refunded. I would not recommend and wound not use again.
