Sep 09,2022Parcel arrived quickly it had obviously been opened before and a part was missing for the prunner. It was too heavy for us to use anyway. Customer service was good and it was collected quickly and we were refunded. The other item (leaf blower) we ordered has been excellent so far.

Oct 04,2022Ordered a cordless hoover and it was days before they even picked my order then it was a couple more days before it was apparently dispatched only for the tracking to then say that my order was delayed..I never received my order so i tried getting in touch with the company but got no response..so I escalated the issue through PayPal who soon gave me a refund! I don't know what the people at this company do to be so slow! Maybe they work in their sleep.
