The laser tube I bought arrived badly broken. It was packed poorly. Not secured with enough foam supports around the tube, and only in a cardboard box. From other companies I've purchased tubes from, they were also in a wooden box. this is a large tube for a 48" laser. I had to jump through many of their hoops to get it returned to them. I also sent them instructions & pictures of how a laser tube should be properly packed for shipping, which they didn't follow, when they sent my replacement. It took over two weeks, with no return calls or emails to me on what the delay was, or if they were even going to replace it. Very poor customer service. I would never think of running my business that way!

While quick to ship my order, I either ordered the wrong parts or was shipped the wrong parts. The description of the item that I had ordered sounded correct, but what arrived was not what I needed. I have sent them an email asking for advice/help, but I still have not heard back (4 days at time of writing).
I expect to get the right product in a timely manner but didn't. I waited and was excited when I got the package just to become disappointed in the end.Not Happy.
When I received my record player the turn table wouldn’t turn. I contacted them and they made suggestions but still wouldn’t work and then stopped responding to my emails.
Friendly and helpful support. When my credit card was denied he told me I would have to hang up and tell my card company to ok the purchase. What neither he nor I knew was that I didn't have to call them or discontinue my call with him. There was an immediate text from my credit card. All I had to do was click on OK and reply to the text. We both learned from that mistake.

Jul 20,2023Item description/size was incorrect on the website. Reached out to customer service to return the product and three weeks later still not resolved. Timing of response has been terrible. At this time, just going to throw the item away and take the loss, but want to warn others.
