I didn't have any problems with this order. Everything was high quality.
We have YET to receive our products or even an ETA when we may have them and it's been over a week.
I got my order July 3 for ground near the holiday was good

I ordered 15 pressure gauges (which are supposed to read zero until they have pressure on them) and two are reading above zero; one at 6 PSI and one at 12 PSI.
Toolots provided exceptional service. However, the freight company that you contracted to deliver our fridge was TFreight. TFreight couldn't answer any questions, if someone did answer they would say to call back. The actual delivery man was very rude, I can't stress enough on how rude he was. Argumentative with every conversation, terrible attitude.

Communication after order placed was non-existant. No notice when the order shipped or when to expect it. Had to call to get information and then told it was showing up the next day.
The item fit perfectly but i would recommend you choosing a different carrier. Fedex kept telling me it will be there tomorrow for three or four days then delivery was a day late from the stated delivery date you listed upon purchase.
like the product its work good ,need a few adjustment like the way its perform.
Toolot is a terrible company to shop from, NO communication and the have a 20% restock fee plus fee to ship any item back. When asked for help, they never called back.
TERRIBLE - placed a $12,000 order and have waited 30 days. Nobody at the company calls back. They claim the order is ready for shipment but they can’t find one item. I said ship the other stuff. No response. I’ve tried to cancel but no response. Don’t waste your time or money!
I placed an order online one morning Eastern Time Zone and found out later that day I did not need the item I ordered and was able to cancel the order before it shipped and getting full refund. I call that great service. H.P. McCoy
I bought a mobility scooter for my father. It arrived in about a week and a half--all the way across the country to Northern Michigan. It was everything that I expected. Great company to do business with!
The product arrived six plus days late twice for approximately twelve days total (late). Several parts were missing and the device is still useless, no manual, no bolts to assemble and no steel plate for the three point hitch to work. The company has been NO help in correcting the problem. The company did take and keep the payment. I don’t recommend customers wasting their time and losing their money.
We are very pleased with the product. Delivery was very quick after ordering. Nice looking product.

Jul 07,2023The package tracking process is somewhat of a pain. You have to type in a 26 digit tracking number and then the FedEx site gives very little detail about where your package is actually at. No expected delivery date is given. Is it going to be here in two days or another six weeks? You just can’t tell. Can’t comment on product quality as it is not in my possession yet but still in shipping.
