i HAVE ORDER ONCE AND RECEIVED SO FAR 3 ADDITIONAL TIG stop SENDING REPEAT ORDERS YOUR MISTAKE AND ILLEGALLY REMOVING FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT
Order # 100298840 I ordered a car lift and the hydraulic controller was basically destroyed in transport. It has been over a month I've heard nothing back from them. I've emailed and called. I am in a dead stop. I don't care what their processes is with the carrier, they should have replaced the damaged item immediately and worked their issues with the carrier on their nickel not mine. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
Ordered a Wedge type tool post on 03 Sep 24 and tried to make sure it was the correct one with them. Received it and found out it was too small. Six EMails and "contact us" messages with NO response on getting a refund or exchange for the proper one. They screwed me out of almost $50.

I was going to order online but I preffered to call to check the address for local pick-up and the rep was very helpful to complete the order over the phone. I received the email that is ready for pick-up and took only a few minutes and helped me loading to my truck. Thank you so much!
My recent purchase of a metal lathe was excellent, purchasing agent Ren was very helpful and patient with me. I ordered additional tools for the lathe and I am very satisfied with customer service. The face plate for the 8” 4-jaw chuck was out of stock, so I put in on my wish list, hopefully it will come in soon. I hope the shipper will be as good as customer service !!!
this company it has been over a month trying to get them to send me the right ac gauges that I ordered they will not call me back or email anything about there screw up I make.a living doing heating and air I need gauges to do my job this is the worst place I have ever ordered from I will not ever buy from them again they just take your money and leave you having sorry ass place of business

Ordered a Compressor from here. Was a little skeptical at first because it seemed TOO CHEAP Price wise. BUT, went ahead and ordered, chose will call and picked up next day… Compressor works great, as described. Customer Service was great at the Warehouse. Will DEFINITELY be ordering from here in the future…

Update from us: I received the email response (6/28) above and responded(7/2, 7/29, 8/12) with all information that was requested again and have had no response. I am sure they will make up some response to seem helpful. I just want my money back and return you the broken product at this point. Original Review: I purchased a product 5/16/24 worth over $3000, the shipping container was in great condition, but the product in the box clearly was used and damaged. I submitted photos to the company, I have called them many times, I have left voicemails. I have had NO followup. Very poor business. no answers or idea when product will ship
Me and another coworker had ordered from Toolots before and got prompt delivery of our orders. When I had to replace a piece of equipment, I ordered it again from them. This was April 4, 2024. Each week afterwards I would call to ask for an update since I had not received my order. I was repeatedly told the warehouse was being moved and they needed to get an update from the warehouse. After 2 months I decided to cancel the order. Since canceling the order, I call each week to ask for an update on getting my refund since I have not received it. Each time I am told they need to check with the finance/accounting department and I will get an email with an update. It has been almost 2 months since I canceled the order and I have not been refunded the $767.99.
After a week One of the ovens stopped working and I have been waiting ever since for assistance No one responded or help I only got emailed with a question about the oven and they asked to send a video I sent the video and for several days I have been waiting for the product manager it support to help There for I am still down one oven
You never delivered our parts Your customer service was horrible.

Nov 03,2024This has been the most difficult company I have ever worked with. I could not get my first order shipped. After multiple phone calls, they sent a quarter of the item. After trying for a month to get the remainder of the order filled, I gave up and finally canceled. I ordered again and after several phone calls was able to get a partial order shipped. I have yet to get a complete order shipped in a reasonable time. I currently have another order in. It will be interesting to see if I get a complete order shipped within a reasonable time.
