Apr 16,2023Ordered some sockets from this seller and the socket cracked, so I contacted the seller and asked what the warranty was. They told me that the warranty is 30 days from purchase and told me to contact the manufacturer, which I tried to do. Apparently it was the wrong manufacturer I contacted (they had a similar name). The manufacturer advised me to contact the seller again for correct manufacturer. The seller has yet to contact me with the information. Not helpful at all.
