Dec 17,2023Bought a Husqvarna Electric Pole Saw and Hedge Strimmer from these at £460, a few weeks before the guarantee ran out the Battery failed, contacted these and they immediately tried to send me somewhere else to fulfill their guarantee because they did not want to use the couriers, couriers were fine when they sent it though. When I told them I had no Husky dealers near me they said that I had one 20mins away, irrespective of that it is the other side of the Dartford bridge and regular 2 hour + traffic jams, worse on a Saturday along with a load of excuses why they could not deal with it. I ended up having to buy another Battery at £154 because as this lot do not honour their guarantee, won't be using them again.
