Nov 10,2023As with a previous purchase, the product is excellent and I quite understand the reason behind using a courier for all your deliveries, many of your products are large, but the consequence is that for a small item like this, the subsequent delivery charge doubles the cost to the buyer. The same item is widely advertised on Ebay at around the same selling price but with free delivery. This clearly affects any future orders

Nov 01,2023What a great company. It was the first time that I've ordered from them. Unfortunately there was a mistake in the shipping department and my order was switched with another one. The company phoned me to explain the issue and to apologise. They arranged a courier to collect it and my order came the next day. My Bucks boots are amazing, so comfortable that I wear them all the time not just at work.
