Sep 16,2023The order was promptly dispatched but the hedge trimmer attachment did not work. We took it to our local repair shop (a Mountfield dealer) who discovered the shaft in the drive was seized up probably due to extended storage. He was able to resolve the problem 9without charge) but we were inconvenienced by what happened and without help we would have been stuck.
