Nov 27,2024Following my experience with misleading information provided by a third party (the delivery driver), who is not an employee of the company, it became apparent that there would be issues with this purchase. Topnotch Furniture has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, and I cannot recommend the company for future purchases. The disrespectful service and poor quality of both the bed and mattress have been highly disappointing. Despite months passing, no resolution has been offered in my case. As an expectant mother, ensuring a good night’s sleep is absolutely essential for my wellbeing and that of my unborn child. I refuse to let the company’s faulty products and unprofessional behaviour cause unnecessary stress during this crucial time. To address the issue in the best way possible, I decided to purchase a brand new bed from a different company. This decision has allowed my husband and I to finally enjoy comfortable and stress free sleep, free from the frustration of dealing with Topnotch Furniture’s defective products and lack of accountability.
