Really happy with the service and our bed! Absolutely beautiful, as we had a very bespoke custom designed bed!! Thank you! Top notch!!!

Nov 04,2024Absolutely love the bed, beautiful. However there was delivery complications which is why one star deducted. Disappointed in not being informed when my bed was arriving got a call from a man whilst at work saying he’s out side my house with my bed after I had just ordered the bed 4 days ago. Had to bail on work. To get home to let the guys in nothing was ready and I wasn’t prepared for the bed to come that day. Luckily I was in town.

Nov 04,2024The delivery was on the right day, and the bed looks great ( although we haven't put it together as yet) The young man that delivered it is an asset to your company, as he rang a couple of times to let us know around about the time to expect delivery. It got to 9.30pm when he got to us, unfortunately his phone got broken as he delivered our bed, and he was very concerned that he had no phone numbers to ring the 2 customers to let them know, he also didn't have their addresses, So may be some paperwork would help in a situation like this. I do hope he managed to get the information somehow, and didn't get in trouble for late delivery or none delivery. I would definitely buy from you again

Oct 31,2024I have found this company really good, delivery was very quick, the only part which i was unsatisfied with was i couldnt get the headboard up the stairs but that was my fault for not measuring, i asked the seller to take the bed back i would have to purchase another one and he said to return will cost me £150.00 i said no, should be free return in my eyes so check that before purchasing anything from them, for a fee of £150 they collected the headboard, split it in 2 and put some hinges on which enabled me to get it up the stairs and then returned it to me so i am pleased with that
