Oct 08,2024Ordered a lovely bed frame on Sunday and was a bit sceptical at first as I hadn’t received a confirmation email. Luckily, I was able to contact the company who then reassured me that they had received my order and that someone would be in contact to confirm a delivery date and time. I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me earlier than they originally stated to say that my delivery would be on Saturday and provided me with the number for the delivery driver. He arrived on time and I paid extra for their assembly service which he carried out swiftly and efficiently. The bed is better than I expected and amazing quality - definitely worth the price. Their customer service is great, when I had questions, the team were able to answer them and if they said they were going to do something they did. Would definitely recommend this company, I hadn’t heard of them previous to my purchase but I will be recommending to family and friends and will also be purchasing more furniture in the future.

Oct 05,2024Hi i ordered the bed wednesday and it was delivered by saturday despite the 7-10 days standard delivery which is amazing! the drivers who delivered the bed were efficient and helped to bring the bed upstairs upon asking. i would totally recommend
