Sep 17,2012I recently booked accommodation through Toprooms, and found it simple, easy to use, and worry free. Simple peocedure for find what you are looking for, and simply booking procedure. Received notification almost at once from the hotel to say booking is confirmed. All in all very good service, and will use again.

Sep 17,2012Brilliant room & service, everything 5* high standard including decor, little extra touches such as bottled water, high end toiletries, tea, coffee & chocolate bars. Nothing too much trouble, made dinner reservations at the Station Restaurant. Nice location within walking distance of two nice village pubs. Recommended.

Sep 16,2012Enjoyed a wonderful night at sunnyside b&b on our way up to the west coast of scotland. Hosts Frank and Lorraine were very welcoming. Rooms were perfect and very clean. Breakfast was also excellent. Would definately recommend it to others.

Sep 16,2012Simply go on to Toprooms web site and type in your chosen place or let Toprooms give you some advice, they have plenty of information and choice. One you have decided where to stay, the site will inform you of availablilty for your dates and prices, which is really convienient. The hotel or guest house will recieve your request and confirm it directly back to you - Easy!

Sep 16,2012Spotlessly clean guest house. Breakfast of high quality and freshly cooked. Pauline and Tim were friendly and attentive. Parking is at a premium with space for only 3 cars on the driveway but you can park over the driveway and as long as you leave your car key with the owners they will move your car if required so its not really an issue, or there is a car park at the top of the road where you can park your car between 6pm and 10 am the next day for only £2.

Sep 16,2012Wonderfull B&B.very clean and tastefully decorated throughout.The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean as was everything.We had tea making facilities and there was also an iron and ironing board to use.Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space also..The landlady was very welcoming when we arrived and the breakfast was great and there was lots to choose also plenty of tea and toast.We ill definitely stay again...

Sep 15,2012Searched specifically for a non smoking room as am pregnant and suffering sensitivity and sickness to smoke smells. The room smelt like stale smoke and had an ashtray in it, the whole b+b had a stale smoke smell. Owner wasn't interested when I complained about this and just said the ashtray must have been left in the room by accident.

Sep 15,2012We booked the room for a sea view, and that's what we got and not much else. I tried to open the front window and part of the frame fell off in my hand. The armchair arms were all fraid with holes at the end. I've seen better in the local refuse tip. The shower ...wasn't... very little pressure and not hot and lots of mould. The floor of the room by the window was collapsing, so we avoided walking in that area. Very Overpriced, unclean, a poor standard. The owners are not maintaining the property properly as we saw many leaks on the exterior pipework and many windows in a poor state of repair
