May 02,2024My husband brought a leaf blower and a extra battery to go with it the product is good but they didn’t send the extra battery which he paid at the time off purchase and no phone number to contact them the only phone number we found is disconnected have sent a few emails but no reply and its been days now so not very happy with the customer service.

Your website said that with the special postage it would be delivered in two days and it was. Your website is clear and uncluttered and was easy to negotiate. Not having to put password is another bonus. I have bookmarked your website for future possibilities. Even the "Rate your recent experience" is short and direct. Was informed that I was unable to pay through my iPad for some reason and my sister in law said she would pay for me. She rang today to tell me she had just received the parcel at least she actually received the parcel unlike my self
