Nov 16,2021The supplier should consider who they use for local freight. My parcel was sent from Sydney to Sydney but ended up in Adelaide. So what does Aust post do ? They change the expected arrival date and it suddenly becomes on time again. The reply from Topto about system error is ludicrous as the parcel was scanned is SA before being returned to Sydney. Wait I am in Sydney and so is the supplier. We freight over 500 parcels a week with Aust post and couriers, if it’s in the same city they arrive with 2-3 working days. If they end up interstate well that is a problem.
