Aug 27,2023After initially accepting a discount code, I noticed I had been charged the full amount. When querying this anomaly as soon as the charge came through, I was informed the code was only available for subscribers. Fine. Asked for the sale to be cancelled. Topto agreed to do so. Followed them up 3 times over the span of a week re the refund with no response. It took me escalating the issue with PayPal for them to get back to me. I was informed they could not process the refund because the item had already been dispatched. But that the could now honour the discount code. I had asked them to cancel the order on the day it was processed. Topto agreed and said they had done so. How was it that the item was posted? They’ve agreed to send me a return slip for the item which remains uncollected at the post office so that they can process the refund. 2 days later I am still waiting for the return slip.

May 12,2023I was given the Topex 4v Cordless Glue Gun as a present and it has never worked. The USB cable provided was a dud, so I tried my own which at least got the charge light working. I left it overnight (for 2 days in fact) and it never heated up. Also there are no instructions which tell you how to charge/use the glue gun. I have emailed Topex/Topto 3 times with no responses from them. There is supposed to be a 1 yr warranty on the product, but how do you claim that if they don't respond. I would have given no stars if it was possible. Really disappointing!

May 10,2023They finally refunded me for the batteries, but I am still $20 out of pocket for having to pay for the return postage. If I could give them no stars I would because this has been one of my worst online shopping experiences. When I bought the batteries It did not say they would not fit my machine, that was conveniently added after my complaint. So don't even think about saying it was my fault. You are just con artists.

Apr 28,2023When I tested masonry drill bit and setting it stop when trying to drill thru like gears release the impact driver sound dry and crusty when working the drill bit kit is decent quality feel way to cheap for price not a fan of this set there is another design I’m after that’s topex which is pretty good from what I used but can’t find it… I believe this set would be great for light work not hard work…

Sep 04,2023I bought the 125 angle grinder. This has to be the worst power tool I have ever bought. The battery takes longer to charge than it lasts when using.
