We bought quite a lot of tots bots reusable nappies after trialling them against the competition and finding them a better fit for our baby. However... While they were very good for baby #1 to start with, the elastic started going after around 18 months and they began to leak despite following care instructions to the letter. We contacted the customer service team and they had no interest in helping, instead suggesting that we replace the elastic ourselves. How we are meant to achieve this in a finished garment like this, they didn't elaborate. More to the point, the environmental and cost benefits of these nappies are all around the reusability, particularly if you are using them with multiple children. By the time they were out of nappies around half of them had been decommissioned. We now have baby #2 and while we would love to use the 20 or so reusable nappies we bought, nearly all of them have now become unusable and leak regularly. We are now having to use disposables despite the significant outlay and the reusables from tots bots are going to end up in landfill after one child. Hugely disappointing from a quality perspective, but the reaction from tots bots is even worse - they clearly have no desire to stand by their values. The Cloth vs. Disposable ‘Life Cycle Analysis’ report which tots bots are happy to promote states '100% use on second child' and deems this 'general practice' in their assumptions, ad yet this is clearly not possible with this product. This is worse than doubling the cost and environmental impact. If you are going to promote these benefits then you need to stand by them. In reality my experience with customer service is that they won't support them for longer than a year which means realistically multiply your predicted costs by 2.5 for one child and 5 for two before you consider buying these.
We use the peanut system and absolutely love it! So much better than disposables in everyday and they look super cute too! Thanks Totsbots.
The night nappies are excellent it terms of absorbency. We tried different brand and we were always ending up with a leaky nappy in the morning. The Bamboozle are the only one seeing our little one through the night with no accident. The only minor issues are how bulky the nappies are and the quite strong smell of wee lingering around baby in the night. We bed share and it's not very pleasant ...
Very speedy delivery and nappy designs that make me happy!
Good reausable nappies, good absorbency in general and easy to use. Had a few leaks at night, only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars. Other than that, highly recommended.
Great products and service! Would definitely recommend
It was easy to place the order and it arrived quickly and in good condition. I would order from them again.
Brilliant products and a really fast delivery. Best quality and will definitely buy again.
I really love Totsbots nappies. I bought a trial pack, then a large bundle (PeeNut) then some additional items in clearance (shells, all-in-ones etc). They are local (British), use recycled plastic bottles for all the shells (including all in ones), are reasonably priced AND they’re the best ones I’ve tried out on my baby. I highly recommend.
Fast delivery and great trial pack. It was my first purchase of reusable nappies and I’m so glad I got this pack to trial different items.
I love the designs and that they are made in the uk. I don't like that they leak around the legs. I use disposables at night. During the day I try to remember to change her nappy every 2 hours. I'm having to wash clothes more frequently. What is more environmentally friendly landfill or using more water and energy to run washing machine to not only wash the nappies but the clothes aswell! I like the reuseable wet wipes and the nappy liners. The peenut wrap is slightly more water proof and the one I'd buy if I was to get some more. To be fair the other make of reusable nappies i have also leak around the legs.
Fantastic product - why on earth didn't I buy these before? Good service too.
Absolutely love the bamboozle night nappy, my 4 month old will go 12 hours in this and he's a heavy wetter. The peanut pads and wraps are good for the day time, he'll go between 2-3 hours in these. The easy fit nappies are great but take an age to dry. Overall I'm super happy with them and wouldn't get reusables anywhere else. The only frustration was the 10% off code on checkout didn't work and they charged full price. It took me 3 emails and leaving them a voicemail for them to eventually get back to me. It is a bit annoying that you can't get through to a person, just an answer machine. I understand things are trickier during these current times but most businesses have been able to adapt so I feel they could manage their responses to customers just a little better. Thank you for great products tots bots!
Love the reusable nappies
Love the concept of reusable nappies and your company's ethos! Great service and pretty quick delivery. The reason for 4 stars is purely for sizing of the wrap. My daughter was born at 2.6kg and the size 1 wrap done up smallest possible was too big on her. Even at 3.7 kg the wrap was too big! The bamboo inserts are quite wide so the wrap gets soiled on the edges after 1-2 nappy changes so would never get up to 5 changes out of it. She's now 4.5kg so will give the reusables another go!
I've ordered multiple nappies through tots bots and they are the best I've used so far and delivery is always quick I've never had an issue
I love the quality and feel. Never let's me down
I've only tried the trial kit so had limited experience. Overall this is an amazing initiative and definitely worth a try. Generally easy to use and designs are great. However, it's a big effort with all the drying required and the nappies take time to dry as the fabric is thick. Might be easier if you buy a full set of nappies. I've been using them once a week for a change. We had some leaks and therefore had to change more often compared to single use nappies, but not a big deal as only used at home and I believe it can be managed with experience (choosing an appropriate nappy for day/night etc.). Also means your baby stays in a dirty nappy for a shorter period of time. As the size is adjustable, nappies looked bulky on my newborn so the clothing should be quite loose as well - not sure if it caused any discomfort to her though.
Ottimo prodotto, prezzo nella media, ma se si decide di acquistarlo direttamente dal sito, poi vi spetterà pagare le tasse doganali, che fanno aumentare decisamente il costo. Tempi lunghi di spedizione.

Mar 05,2021Love the prints and their eco credentials, but we’ve found them hard to fit properly and so have been getting leaks.
