All arrived ok, pleased with them
really disappointed. We ordered cloth face-coverings from TotsBots having previously been very impressed with their cloth nappies. However, I have been sent this review before my products have even arrived, I received no information about a delay to dispatch until I chased it up 10 days after ordering, and have been advised there is still at least another week before my products are likely to arrive. It should have been clear at the time of ordering that was likely to be a 3 week delay.
I still haven’t received my package yet so can’t give it an honest review
I was really excited to purchase my totsbots. I completely understand that shipping is taking longer because of Covid-19 but to spend over £75 18 days ago and to only receive one email yesterday saying that there will be a further delay to despatch is disappointing. Particularly when I have since seen them on sale in other stores - I will not be ordering through the website again.
A little slow to deliver, not surprising in the current situation, kept well informed
I ordered the trial pack and have been really excited to receive it. I appreciate that the company is busy just now but I received an email 13days after I placed the order to tell there is a delay and it’ll be another 7-10’days ! Shocking service so far and I’m gutted as I was really excited about this. I can only hope the quality of the nappies restores my faith and changes my views...
I love TotsBots! Very simple easy designs. Great that they’re made in Scotland. Really good value package. However the two nappy designs were the same which I wasn’t expecting and was a little disappointed. But can’t complain as was a good deal

I cannot review about item quality or satisfaction with my order yet because I placed my order nearly 3 weeks ago and it has still not yet arrived. I was told last week that my order would hopefully be shipped by the end of that week, then I checked in again today to be told that they hope my order will be dispatched by the end of this week. I just wish I knew when my order would arrive so I can go buy disposables to hold me over as baby is arriving next week. I suppose I am frustrated because waiting 3 weeks for something we spent £280 seems a long time to wait.

They took a while to come, but we’re totally worth the wait. Worked very well when my 4 month old christened then all with poo the first wear! No stains left, no explosions - great! Will be getting more PeeNuts!

Bearing in mind the awful situation we are all I cannot fault the goods or period it took for delivery.
Unfortunately I still haven’t received my order but that’s not surprising under the current circumstances although I have ordered from other companies and none have taken this long, my order still hasn’t been dispatched after nearly two weeks, I’m looking forward to receiving my items as have heard good things, would be nice to have a bit more communication from the company regarding delayed dispatching times and if I do order again it won’t be till after this pandemic is over
The trial pack is great to help determine what combination is right for you. Great customer service team if you have any questions. One of our fabric powders arrived split. It was replaced immediately and without fuss.

Jun 03,2020I ordered two items 3 weeks ago when both items were showing as in stock. After buying them I got sent an email a few days later to explain that some items were in fact not in stock, and I had to wait a while. So today I got it touch with them as we're now pretty desperate for one of the items. I was told that the item I really need is in stock but that they won't send it out until the other less urgent item is back in stock. EDIT: Have upped this rating as TotsBots just got in touch with a polite email apologising and explaining more what's happened their side. They are sending out my full order today. EDIT 2: TotsBots have since given me a refund and STILL sent my order out. I donated the money to their charity NHS Charities Together. Now THAT'S impressive service 🙌
