May 31,2020Ordered 4 in stock face masks, a day later recieved an email stating they are still in manufacture and couldn't give a date, the company agreed to process a refund as it was unfair to have no date. I am still waiting for my refund 6 days on and have emailed to advise I am opening a PayPal dispute as refund not recieved but absolutely no response, I've now opened a paypal claim and feel very disappointed by the customer service from a company that I used nappies from for around 5 years, I always found them very good but very let down! **edit to say that refund was processed after opening a paypal case**

May 28,2020Nappies were fabulous, but cloth sanitary pads were disappointing. Wings were too small to fold used pads in on themselves, the label is placed where it is either uncomfortable at the front, or inserts itself between the cheeks at the back and after one use, the topper feels rough and uncomfortable to touch

May 27,2020I ordered a newborn trial pack in the hope that I can convince my husband to try reusable nappies on our forthcoming arrival. During the current Covid restrictions none of our local community providers, such as the council are providing any trials so it was brilliant to find a company offering a trial pack at such a reasonable price. Although I have not used the nappies yet I am very impressed with the style and quality. They washed and dried perfectly and look absolutely wonderful. Fingers crossed that we can choose reusable.

May 26,2020I am a first time mum and decided that I wanted to try cloth nappies for my son when he is born. TotsBots guide you through everything you need to know and have such a lovely range. I ordered a trial pack to see which kind of nappies would suit us and they arrived very quickly, especially considering the delays caused by COVID-19. The nappies themselves are fantastic quality and the prints are just to die for. I have since ordered more to top up my stash, and Iām sure will continue to do so!
