May 24,2020I know times are hard and masks are in incredibly high demand but you should limit orders so people get them within a reasonable time. Others can be notified when you have stock to buy so people don’t have huge waits once they have already paid. I made my order on the 11th and still not dispatched.

May 23,2020Placed order for face masks 16 days ago, still not dispatched. No updates, not replying to any emails requesting cancellation. Appreciate they're probably busy right now but terrible customer service experience nonetheless. Website gives no indication of level of delay. 16 days without dispatch is not 'slightly' longer than normal.

May 23,2020The quality of goods is really good, I’m impressed with the usability of the nappies as well. It was disappointing to have to chase a dispatch date, although when I did the customer service team got back to me quite quickly. I’d definitely use them again but with the knowledge that the orders take a little whilst to process.
