Oct 16,2014I was referred to this site by the manufacturer of the toys in which I was interested (I bought an Oogi and a Plui). The site is full of well-designed, interesting looking toys. I was especially pleased that there was no postage payable for purchases over £10 and my purchases arrived within 2 days of the email informing me that they had been despatched. Overall, a very happy transaction, & I would be happy to buy again from this site.

Great communication with my queries before I placed an order and when I did it arrived promptly. Just another 92 sleeps till my children can start playing with them!

Sep 24,2014It was a perfect transaction and very fast, excellent logistic service. however I was not very pleased with the packaging of Bike Easy Rider, little protection within the box and several loose pieces which caused several scratches on the frame.

Sep 20,2014Was looking for a nice gift for my friend's son's birthday that wouldn't be found in every toy shop. Toyella has fantastic, unique products and great prices. When I chose a gift the delivery was 4-6 working days but it arrived after only 3 working days so I am very happy. Highly recommend.

Sep 16,2014The ordered humming top had indeed reached its destination on time but as no one was home a card was left. Unfortunately the card wasn't discovered until this morning and the humming top is a great success (I have a photograph to prove it). So full marks to Toyella - and Carl of course.

Aug 18,2014Ordered the Spherevelo Juno for my son's 1st birthday. Can't wait for him to open it! Toyella seems a great site for some really nice toys. Ordering and delivery were all hassle free and as described. Bike was also the cheapest price I found online.

Follow up communication on the purchase reports on every step and provides you proactively with deliver tracking updates up to the time of delivery. Really a great experience not having to dig out info on your own on a badly designed üarcel tracking site....
