Pre-ordered a Spherovelo for shipping to NZ. Excellent service, even my weekend query on whether it had shipped was answered. Arrived when expected and the wee man is totally in love with it. So many other cool toys I can see other orders heading your way over the years. Thank you so much.

I pre ordered an early rider belter @ Toyella which I could not get anywhere else due to delivery problems of the manufacturer. After a nice first contact with Carl where I was informed about an estimated arrival date I was again informed once the delivery from early belter arrived @Toyella. The Toyella team dispatched the shipment within one day afterwards and even that I ordered the bike from Germany it only took 2 days until it arrived! I am very happy with this fantastic service and can really recommend Toyella! Greetings from Germany Michael

Yeti toy purchased. Solid construction, though the finishing along a couple of edges is a bit course, a sharpish seem has been left from the forming process - perhaps this could be caught in a quality control process? The steering is quite limited and requires the buggy to be manually turned to make most doorway type turns in the house - less of a problem outside. Also the gap between the head and body has nipped the skin about the leg of my child. I'm sure he'll learn to mitigate against this.
