Delivery driver threw package over fence cracking light, i reached out 3 times to complain and no response or ability to return because toyota shipped therefore they were in charge.

Bought a manifold exhaust with them. Came in loose in the box with no protection. Part was sticking out of the box. The box was damage. Report it to them right away. Took a picture twice because my first one was not clear. Kept emailing and calling them for 2 weeks to get an update. All they kept saying they’ll review it and let me know. How long does it take to look at a picture knowing the part is damage. I literally have to keep bothering them. Worst customer service. Manager name was marybell. She just kept making excuse about the first picture that wasn’t clear even though I send a clearer picture and a video right after they email me. Wouldn’t recommend buying parts from them knowing how clearly they don’t package the part with any cushion or any protection.

DIRT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST THAN AT&T!!!! If I could give this zero stars I would. Because at this point that's what they deserve. I placed my order back in February, it is now April, they sent me the wrong part and said it's my fault, I said okay, so I returned the part and and waited a week, then called them again, now my refund is approved and they still haven't refunded me nor given me credit towards purchasing the correct part. I simply cannot believe how absolutely poor this company is, I should have known when I saw there company showing all five stars on every single purchase. DAMN CROOKS!!!! YOU'RE NO DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER SCAMMER

I ordered a yaw sensor, which is a $750 part. After placing the order, I found out that that was not the part I needed so, I sent them an email trying to get the order canceled, but I received it the next day by FedEx. I immediately contacted them to set up a return, but they denied my request for a return due to the fact that it was an electronic part. I never even opened the box, but they still wouldn’t accept my return. So I will not be doing business with them ever again.

email i sent to toyotaparts deal.com after the refund department hung up on me while i was talking with them. "Can i please have a supervisor call me about returning the part that did not work when it was installed... Part No.: 84306-0E010 CABLE SUB-ASSY, SPIR i called refunds and they told me there is nothing that can be done. My local toyota dealer told me he can not confirm it is a original toyota part so they will not give we a written diagnontic report that they asked for. i reordered this part from your company on 16 Mar 2024 order # CT77725985 installed it and it works great... I would like to get my money back for the first one that did not work.. I want another option to return the defective one and get a refund V/r, Brian Joseph

After spending a great deal of time trying to work out the shipment of an incorrect product, weeks of back and forth via their very cumbersome communication and RMA system - you can't respond to emails, images can only be sent as attachments, unless you send them as a PDF when asked, and then they aren't acceptable again, no threads, no context, no value whatsoever - I finally gave up trying to explain to this company how to deliver on your brand promise and create a lasting customer relationship. First, their VIN matching system simply doesn't work. I put my VIN in, got the response that the product fit my vehicle and ordered the parts. The parts arrived and didn't fit. This is when the spin cycle began. Back and forth, send the images, send them this way, send them that way, send the invoice, send the packing slip, until finally an RMA was issued. The RMA charged me for shipping and restocking. I replied by pointing them to the images - that I had sent many, many times - of their site telling me that the product I ordered matched my VIN. They said no VIN was used in my order. I sent them the screen shots again. Gave them my VIN number, told them to try and it and see if the parts would show up. Then they sent me the RMA again. They insisted I had to pay for shipping and that my restocking fee would be subject to the packaging not being opened. I asked them how it would be possible for me to check to see if the part fit without opening the packaging...silence. Did I mention that it said it would fit because I used my VIN? I suggested they post on their site that "all parts must remain in their packaging to determine fit or your ability to return may be forfeit" and see how many orders they get. In the end, I tried to work this out, and in fairness, some of the people I managed to get on the phone were very nice, but this company needs to decide if repeat business matters or is it enough to just grind first time - and only time - buyers down until they simply give up. All this over about $30.

Go elsewhere. Bought parts from them and they were incorrect. I never installed them and requested to return them and they refused. WORST ONLINE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH

I ordered a seat base pad and got a seat base cover. No problem, get a RMA, return it and get the right part. I returned the cover in the same box that it was sent in, never fully removing the cover from the box. I was ran around for a month and then denied. The packaging of the part was not resalable and the cover would be returned to me and I was on the hook for $328. I opened the package when returned and found a part that had been on a shelf for 10 years. Dirty, taped together, and they think I did that. That is the part I was sent by them. Horrible sales practices

I have order parts 2 times from this site. Both time they send me the wrong parts. The 1st time they apologize and accepted my return even thought it pass 30 days. The second time they refuse to because of there store policy and I have to go and dispute with Paypal. wasted so much time and money and still not resolve yet up to this review 4/4/24

ToyotaPartsDeal is by far the worst company I've ordered car parts from. Their VIN system told me the wrong part (Steering wheel Clock Spring) to order, and when I asked to return the part and get a refund, I was denied because TPD's policy doesn't allow returns/refunds for "electric parts." I was told that they would consider making an exception after I protested, but after over a month of multiple emails, phone calls, and photos, I was again denied. At one point I was told over the phone that the exception had been granted, and they just needed to send me an email with the return information, but that was apparently a lie just to get me off the phone. Do not order parts from these people. They're likely to send you the wrong part, then string you along for a month of emails saying they need 1-2 business days to decide they're going to tell you your stuck with a $240 paperweight.

They refuse to issue a refund for a brake master cylinder because they say it is an electronic component. This is laughable because a master cylinder is mechanical, not electronic. According to their refund policy they do not refund for electronic components. Do not order from them.
