Mar 22,2024We purchased a headlamp unit for a 2015 Toyota Sienna. The headlamps were over $450 each. These were approximately $200 more than similar parts on their site thus we believed this was a complete headlamp unit, but we received a housing unit only. When we opened the box and found that the item was only a housing unit, we immediately called to return the item. We were told that we would receive a shipping label via email in 2-3 days on the phone. We subsequently received an email denying the return based on a policy that they do not allow returns on electronics (mind you this policy is not disclosed during the check-out process and is buried on their website). We informed them that this device was the housing unit only. We needed the electronics and would not be returning the device if the item included these. They responded that they would investigate the matter further and respond within 1/2 of a business day; they never did. We emailed them again one week later, at which time, they responded with the same comment as the original email stating they do not return electronics. We have filed a complaint with PayPal and our credit card company due to the situation since we feel that the policy does not apply. This company has terrible customer service and seems to be more interested in deceiving the customer than helping them. The punchline, I am fighting for my $1000 to be returned, don't make the same mistake, and buy from this site. The same items were $2 more on other sites. Stay away from toyotapartsdeal .com, fordpartsgiant. com, Original Parts Source @ Amazon, or any other Original Parts Source Company

Mar 21,2024THEY sent the wrong part and will not provide a refund. I gave them my VIN number to make sure I was getting the correct part number yet they refuse to even acknowledge their error.

Mar 22,2024I ordered 2 rotors,brake pads, and 2 oil filters from Toyota parts deals.com. One rotor was fine packed in a box by itself. The other rotor was packed on top of a box of brake pads with the oil filters, without any packing material, in a box. The pads were completely out of the flattened box, caused by the weight and shifting of the rotor. Both oil filters were damaged, one worse than the other. I contacted the co., and only requested replacement of 1 oil filter. Sent them half dozen pics. Now they want more pics including the shipping label on the box. I burned the box. They wont do anything else without the shipping label. I spent over $240, they loosely packed a 15 lb rotor in a box with lighter/smaller items, causing damage and wont replace a $4 oil filter. They lost my business.
