Nov 05,2024Our 2 month old dryer stopped spinning on 15th October 2 technician visits and 2 parts later and we are still waiting for them to sort right part. Today is November 5th communication is very poor and it has been up to me to follow up on progress. Will not use this company again.

Nov 05,20242nd order that has taken almost a month to arrive! It really shouldn't be that hard to get an order delivered within a timely manner as per their site says. Thankfully I have been emailing someone to chase it up. Definitely putting me off ever ordering with them again.

Nov 05,2024Lovely customer service in Hamilton depot. The lady was Helpful and happy and enjoyed her job. I was on crutches and she made me feel very comfortable and got me a seat while we were shopping.

Nov 05,2024Communication was great and delivery quick. Was very disappointed to find the item was on special the very next day $120 cheaper. Should have some claw back system for these events because it just feels like I was ripped off somehow.

Nov 04,2024I read a lot of negative reviews about the company but decided to take a chance and ordered a refrigerator anyway. When placing the order, I left a note for the delivery team to call me a couple of hours before arriving, and they did. I purchased it on October 31, and the delivery was scheduled for and completed on November 2, which is incredibly fast. Everything went smoothly, so maybe they’ve improved and are doing things better now? The refrigerator also turned out to be excellent and works well so far.

Nov 06,2024we tried to buy a combo deal for a washer and dryer but then found out that the washer was out of stock (monthly deal and there was no stock on the 3rd of the month?) , the kind salesperson we were talking to ended up offering us a better washer instead for the same price, much appreciated!
