Nov 14,2024The woman who served me was totally efficient and we shared a good laugh together. I bought some PVC plumbing elbows for $1 each. $7 at Bunnings. Say no more. Great service and bargain prices. I do notice staffing seems to be at a minimum. You have to 'hunt' someone down. This is quite common now for large trade stores. Also a few bins of common sizes were empty. Hard to keep up no doubt.

Nov 13,2024Have shopped here before which has always been good but this time was even better mainly due to the salesperson, Vikas he was super helpful before the sale but not pushy he was letting us look but there when we had questions and after the sale was also great. It was a biggish purchase in the end and their system automatically gives a discount which seemed very fair, means those who aren’t comfortable asking for a discount still get one if they spend enough.

Nov 12,2024I bought a few items from Trade Depot. Now my issue wasn't with the products themselves. Thankfully they were all actually really good. I purchased a dryer, fridge and chest freezer. When I placed the order I received an email that said that I would be contacted to organize shipping. This did not happen. Instead I get a message on the day the shipment saying they were going to be delivered that same day. Because I was under the impression I would be contacted to organize the delivery date I thought it was fine. They were delivered 1 day earlier than we wanted to a house we were not due to move into until the next day. So I called them to try and reschedule it. The whole day I was either on the phone to them or waiting to hear back from them. In the end I heard back and was told that the shipment had been stopped and I would be contacted to reorganize delivery. The next day arrived, and we moved into the house to find that our items had not been stopped and had actually been delivered. Thankfully it was our landlord that was living here and moving out and he kept them at the house for us (I popped in to let him know when I thought it might be too late to stop the delivery so he knew it was possible that our stuff would be delivered) . That might not have been the case if it were someone else though. So all in all, products are fine, no issues as yet but customer service was a shocker. They were of course kind and polite but also blatantly lied to me when they said it had indeed been stopped. It obviously hadn't and at no point did anyone contact me to say that "hey, actually it says delivered" customer service needs more training I think
