Jan 29,2022Booked in for the 18th edition update course. Tutor was honest and gave us the option to be taught by PowerPoint presentation or just to let him share his knowledge to give us the information required to get through the exam. We chose the later and he delivered with all candidates passing the exam! All in all a well delivered experience from booking through to completion and would use them again without question.

Jan 21,2022Step 1 course has both theory and hands-on sessions, the tutors are very knowledgeable and helpful. The space for hands-on session in classroom is well enough, they provided enough tools and materials for practicing on installation and inspection. For theory session, it is better to study myself before and after the course since there is not much time to deep dive in talking about the regulations. More focus on how to apply it in the field. eLearning is very good tools for self studying, I can learn some regulations repeatedly if I found it is not easy to understand.

Jan 15,2022Attending now and finished the first step training VCT and in the center, from the very beginning the customer service and professionalism come across well. If you have no experience or like me had some previous the team help you to find the correct entry point to start and support is there if needed. I cant say enough thanks to TS4U team looking forward to finishing and getting out there in the industry with the right skills and knowledge.
