We purchased a bath from Tradetaps last year. It took a few months from delivery to having it fitted and a few months after fitting, we noticed a crack appear on the seam. I contacted Tradetaps who immediately offered a full refund or replacement. We initially asked for a replacement despite there being a 2 month manufacturer delay for stock. After 2 months we were contacted and informed the manufacturer had advised the item was still not available and we were again offered a refund. On this occasion we accepted the refund and negotiated an additional payment towards the cost of removing of the existing bath and fitting of the new bath. Customer services were extremely responsive and helpful and the refund was issued in a timely manner. Due to the customer service I received, I would not hesitate to purchase from here again.
Customer service is really poor. They make little effort to clarify anything when it's unclear and then blank you. Responses seem to be cut and paste Reading the reviews seems I'm not alone. So glad I didn't buy from them

Absolutely terrible. They sent the completely wrong sink waste and beacuse it was opened and had got wet (I didn't notice it was wrong until I'd taken it out) their awful customer services refused a refund or to send the correct one. This was a £6.94 sink waste, so probably cost them near to nothing. They were in the wrong and refused to help in any way. Trade Taps you are a disgraceful company, you obviously need the £6.94 more than I do. Absolute joke of customer services and company.
Atrocious, they don't deliver the items you order. I ordered a wall mounted toilet and only received one part of it. When I complained they claimed it had been delivered and sent me proof in the form of forged delivery receipts from FedEx
Trade Taps fulfilled my order but have not supplied a VAT invoice. I have emailed a number of times but have never had a response. Now, none of the phone lines seem to work. I have also tried to contact what would appear to be their parent company Dramco Ltd but their lines also are not working. Although the company filled accounts in 2022 I do wonder if they are no longer in operation, so I would strongly advise not to buy from this company.
AVOID! took 7 days for delivery! Parts missing out the toilet and still not received the right parts! Can’t get through by phone! DISGRACEFUL
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Purchased 2 complete toilet sets from this disgraceful company. Advertising stated next day delivery. In the end took 7 days. This company do not respond to emails. Only when I opened up a case with eBay, that they finally replied to my message and even that reply was rude. I asked for tracking number and name of delivery company, they refused to provide this!!! This company gives a bad name to other retailers. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!
Beware bought a shower screen which was faulty and looked like seconds. I contacted customer service to show them a video of the quality. In addition the 2 holes and screws supplied would have made impossible to hold the heavy glass screen onto the bracket. They would not accept it's return so I had no choice but to do the best with it - I had insert 2 more holes and more screws to secure the screen. False economy to save 10 quid or so compared to high street retailer. Give online retailers a bad name - avoid!
Bought a radiator the end of November , it was put in at beginning of Jan ,( as plumber couldn’t finish the bathroom before Xmas ) it’s so cheaply made that it leaked. Customer service terrible l
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEYRE SCAMMERS &THIEVES. TH they evangel their website to " tradewetroom" and directed traffic their for tradetaos but they still tradeas tradtaps on ebay. They took my money I December, I still haven't received the goods and they have been unable to provide proof of delivery they allege happened. Just a message with the details from them, no courier or royal mail pod, no signature or any other proof just their word...unless you want to be scammed don't use this company. I'm about to issue court proceedings to get my money back
Rubbish experience, rip off service Sent wrongly labelled item, refused to refund despite photographic proof of order and wrong item. Avoid like the plague and read the reviews here and on Google to know why they cannot be trusted. And they haven't bothered replying to negative reviews on TP for over 12 months. That shows you how much they care about service... :(
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They do not answer the phone. As other people have said, they play some 'relaxing' hold music and then proceed to cut you off!
Terrible 'service'. No emails or calls answered. Been waiting 2 months for a bath panel. Never gonna happen. AVOID. No point leaving a reference number as they won't reply.
I ordered a toilet seat 3 weeks ago on a Next Day Delivery. A week later there was no sign and no dispatch email (I did receive a sales confirmation). I called and got hold of a lady who promised to investigate and call me back. That never happened. I have called every day since, twice a day and have had 5 minutes of holding music each time before they hang up. I have also sent repeated emails asking for a refund. Nothing. I can only assume this is a fraudulent company or they have ceased trading. Either way I will be contacting my bank to use their chargeback scheme. DON’T PURCHASE THROUGH THEM.
We ordered a Vitra S50 gloss white finish mirrored bathroom cabinet in September. Due to Brexit port issues we received it on the 4th of January. Upon opening we noted that the rear panel edges were bare unfinished mdf, only the sides of the unit were gloss white and top and bottom were RAL7040. Upon contacting Trade Taps / Vitra we were told this was not a manufacturing defect, there was no gloss white finish to top and bottom and the mdf was not moisture resistant. Upon closer inspection we noted the top and bottom panels bowed, one door knob hole was 30 degrees off square, fixing screws were missing from the hangers and back panel, blob of glue on the inside, poorly translated English warranty, fixing diagram with errors and omissions. Customer services when contacted did not offer to replace and we would have to return at our cost. The sales illustrations do not illustrate the top and bottom unfinished edges and grey colour. Zero support from Trade Taps or Vitra so beware the published savings price, it comes at a cost.
I bought a new toilet and cistern for an unbeatable price. Communication was excellent, delivery was quick and the sanitaryware arrived in good condition. I contacted the service team for a specific dleivery time and they replied quickly with the information I needed. I was pleasantly surprised considering all the terrible reviews.
Delivered a cracked shower try just before the COVID-19 lockdown. Refused to replace, once the item was unpacked and damage identified. No response to follow up e-mails. Utterly unprofessional service.
I ordered some Geberit Frames (the most competitive price I could find on the net) and they arrived next day, fully boxed and packaging intact. Got an email with delivery booking slot and got a call when the driver was 45 mins away. Can't complain and definitely would shop again!

Oct 01,2024We are a property and hospitality company so have lots of maintenance works to do. We recently purchased a VItra wall hung toilet kit from this company via ebay. The kit is defective in two areas: 1) The toilet leaks from the soil connection/outlet section, there is a small crack in this toilet that in our view was a manufacture defect. The fill valve does not operate and enables the cistern to overfill. This was an urgent job and they have been unhelpful in resolving this asking for several videos/images. We sent the images and had to uninstall the toilet and have now arranged for a new one to be delivered. The stress they have caused is unreal. This job was planned for installation whilst tenants were away. They return on Thursday, we have 24 hours to install this. What is incredible to think is that we sit on the board of a collective of 188 apartments plus several other extensive properties in London . We have a budget over the next 3 years of almost £5 million for maintenance works. This will include bathrooms etc, so not very smart from their perspective. Will add looking at the other reviews, we are not alone.
