New toilet and cistern ordered 2pm Sunday 30.6.19. The best price that I could find anywhere. Goods delivered 8a.m . 2.7.19. in perfect condition by a very helpful driver. The delivery charge was £8, I could not have driven to their warehouse in my car and collected it for that. None of my local plumbers merchants could compete on price or delivery cost and timings. On my experience I would recommend this company and their sister company Ideal Bathrooms to anyone

Great service. Reading the previous reviews on here I was unsure if I should order from this company, but I took a chance. Ordering a couple of things yesterday for delivery today, they arrived this morning shortly after a call from the courier to let me know he was on his way. I can't fault the price, service or communication!

Website has issues which can result in you ordering the wrong item, Also some of the staff at this company tell lies to customers over the phone, Any suggestion of compromise to sort out an issue was rejected by this company instantly. I WISH I HAD SEEN THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS LEFT BY OTHERS WHO HAVE RECEIVED POOR SERVICE FROM THIS COWBOY OUTFIT.

I ordered a shower mixer valve over the Christmas break. I subsequently saw a number of poor reviews and this made me a bit nerveous that things might not run smoothly. My experience however has been totally positive. On 2nd January 2019, I received the usual emails indicating that my order was being 'processed' and then 'despatched'. Later the same day I received a phone call from the courier to confirm that I'd be in on the 4th to receive my order. My delivery was at lunchtime on the 4th in a sealed OEM box that contained exactly what had been ordered. So my order was fulfilled in 2 ½ working days and was 100% correct. Its fitted now and works exactly as expected.

Useless. Didnt bother replying to an email regarding an urgent problem with a cracked bath, until I chased them! Also Didn't have a part in stock and didn't bother letting me know. Again had to chase the order. Customer service is key. Learn by your mistakes I guess.

The item I ordered had parts missing. These things happen but it was a nightmare trying to get Trade Taps to source and deliver either a replacement item or the missing parts. Eventually I asked for a refund which was agreed, but despite returning the item, it was more work by me to actually get the money refunded. The problem seems to be one of total inefficiency rather than a lack of honesty. Seriously life is to short to waste this much of it on what should be a simple transaction!

Purchased a set of Grohe taps as this was the cheapest site that sold them. They arrived but were faulty (the shower attachment didn’t work right). I returned them within 7 days for a refund as they were faulty as per consumer right act. The taps sat in their warehouse for over 2 weeks whilst I chased a number of times for an update. They eventually came back and refused a refund stating there were some scratches on the taps. I informed them that they were returned as faulty but they stated this lay with the manufacturer and not them (incorrect). I spoke with the manufacturer who confirmed that Tradetaps were wrong. I did write to them advising them of my rights and the fact I am entitled to a full refund but they have ignored my email completely. I’m currently trying to claim under S.75 of my credit card but if that fails it’s going to be a claim via the small claims court. Avoid this cowboy outfit at all costs. They’re cheap for a reason.

2 weeks after they recieved my return im.still waiting for a refund. 3 emails and 2 phone calls and still nothing. Over £200 they owe me!

I ordered a bath overflow filler which, when the plumber tried to install it, was faulty. Trade Taps said I had to take photos and email them which I refused to do. They didn't want me to return the item at this point but I insisted. They then advised me it would take four weeks to get a refund. I checked their terms and conditions and a faulty product should be refunded within 14 days. I have returned the item by recorded delivery at my own expense and have requested a refund within the 14 day period. I found their customer service extremely unhelpful and resistant to returns being allowed. I wouldn't purchase from the company in future.

Ian from tradetaps went above and beyond in sorting out an order that had QS Supplies trying to rip me off. The contact and communication was out of this world - trade here with absolute confidence. Regular updates on any issues were flawless. Very very good.

Ordered a Grohe mixer tap on Thursday afternoon and had a delivery the very next morning before 9:00am !!! Wow what service and fantastic price for tap. Highly recommended.

Well, i wish i'd seen this page sooner!! For some reason I had to deal with both the retailer and their supplier, in total i called the retailer 8 times, and the supplier 6. I arranged delivery for the Monday, and it did not arrive, I rearranged for Wednesday and it did not arrive. Everytime I called I was assured that my delivery was on it's way. Absolutely shocking customer service, rarely do a write a negative review, but when I stay at home twice for nothing, it warrants it. I strongly urge you to shop elsewhere! Matt

i have contacted company sells representative to ensure that items are in stock and available for delivery. Place immediately order with the representative. I have contacted company on the phone , as I learned that what is on website is not always accurate. After I placed my order , received message from the TradeTaps that items will only available in 4 weeks! This feels like scam, unbelievable what else you can do ? I checked on website, checked directly with company representative and still you cant trust them! Now I need chase after my refund, just irritating

The original delivery date is now a week later. I have had to chase the order at least 6 or 7 times. I have had zero calls from trade taps even though promised 3 times. I cancelled the order and bought a tap locally. There was no real apology or care when I explained it was for my new kitchen which could not be fitted fully as the tap did not arrive. I have had to pay them to come back again at an extra cost. I found out trade taps buy there taps from one supplier who then buy from the manufacturer. So there is 4 of us in the sales chain! Ridiculous!

Ordered a Grohe shower thermostatic mixer online, (TradeTaps had two in stock) Following day received email informing me it would be four weeks to receive it. I emailed asking them to expedite my order - NO REPLY I emailed again - NO REPLY Appalling customer service, so I cancelled my order. - I would far prefer to deal with a company whom communicate with customers

Ordered shower panel and bath panel only to find that their delivery service doesn't deliver as far North as Aberdeen. Ridiculous given I can send anything just about anywhere in the world but they don't know the UK extends past the boarder. They use DPD so really can't understand this poor poor level of service. Pitiful and backward customer service. Couldn't have been less interested if she tried. Avoid like the plague, unless of course you stay somewhere they actually deliver.

Wish I had stuck with these guys! Background: In the last month I have tried to source a vanity unit that seemed to be out of stock with many suppliers and a real challenge to get hold of. I placed an order with TradeTaps when I experienced first delay with another website. I cancelled when they said they couldn't get to me before my holiday, as the other company assured me they would deliver on day I got back anyway. That other company lied and continued to give false promises about delivery dates (read other review). I have since placed the order back with TradeTaps and they couldn't have been more helpful and precise about getting this elusive vanity unit for me. They work with other suppliers and have located one for me with no hassle. They were also more competitively priced so after a month of sheer hassle I wish I had just ordered through Trade Taps before.

Before you read this post just to point out and to put into perspective this is my first ever negative comment for any company I have bought from. I always give an opportunity to resolve and hardly have to do this however this is one poor company who lack any customer service skills whatsoever... Bought what I thought was a brand new £600.00 Roca Victoria N 1200mm sink unit from this company, plumbing not ready for the sink unit to be fitted, opened box few weeks later and before we were ready to hang found the bottom base was damaged badly, impossible to see when you initially open the box to inspect and confirm the goods are in good condition. Thinking this company had good customer service, turns out to be the worst ever, refused to accept any liability, promised call backs when raised matter further, refused to answer calls for three days, promised more call backs only to be told a flat "no we won't help you, it's your fault" Not sure what I'm supposed to do with this unit and what an expensive waste of money. They won't help me and blamed me for not checking? I understand if it was obvious visual damage however the damage could only be seen when you ready to hang the wall unit up. Not possible to see when you initially inspect for damage. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. HOPE PEOPLE READING THIS WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE PARTING WITH THEIR MONEY. LEFT ME FUMING WITH NO RECOURSE FOR RESOLUTION. COMPLETE WASTE OF £600.00 I HONESTLY SUSPECT WE HAVE BEEN SOLD THIS UNIT KNOWING THE DAMAGE WAS HIDDEN AND WOULD NOT BE SEEN UNLESS FITTED WITHIN THEIR 48hr GET OUT CLAUSE.

Hours of my time taken up chasing up resolution of an order that was damaged on delivery. Took weeks to get it returned and refunded. I had to do all the chasing. Item was poorly packaged, hence the damage. Cannot believe how difficult it was to sort out, how little the customer service team cared about keeping in touch with me or resolving it for me. Ordered the same unit elsewhere and the company were a dream to deal with, item packaged much better and customer service took ownership and were proactive in keeping me informed. Trade taps have a lot to learn.

I ordered a cistern 29th Jan and when it was all paid for I received an email saying they were out of stock and they will have more in 3-5 days and send it out AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES On day 6 I rang and they had only just come in. I was told I would receive the package the next day - Friday. This will not happen, the cistern was posted from one of their other companies Idealbath, and will not now arrive until the following Monday. 6 days later than I was informed on purchasing !!! Not pleased.
