Jul 01,2014I bought cistern and frame for wall hanging toilet and flushplate. ordered it on saturday and it arrived the following wednesday. in between i changed the order on the Monday over the phone. was a bit anxious this would screw things up on delivery, but it went fine. Price was very good on the products i bought compared to other online retailers and can't fault the service.

May 24,2014Looked for a specific tap and found it at a reasonable price. I did check the reviews on Tradetaps.com and visited the shop to check them out. Didn't get the e-mail, as promised, to say when it would be delivered, so lucky I was in during the working week when it was delivered. That said it looks good, though I have yet to fit it to my Fathers sink in his house.

Apr 24,2014I ordered Bidet taps and waist, over 3 months ago, after 2 weeks they sent me an email saying out of stock will send in 2 weeks when new stocks arrive, since then they have sent me 2 more email with the same info, would be nice if they offered an alternative, but no they just make you wait, took the money though, Not Happy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
