Oct 21,2019Parcel has not arrived, despite paying guaranteed next day. I called DPD, they informed me they had not received the parcel so could not deliver it to me. I then called Transatlantic Customer Services who were unapologetic and unhelpful. Yet to receive any kind fo refund. Very poor service.
