Oct 01,2019Paid extra $10 for expediting my purchase, but now after two weeks, they are saying that my parcel had got “stuck in customs”!!! Meanwhile, for the last two weeks I was trying to get an answer about ETA, but the replies are either tricky or lies. Finally someone there offered me a refund but in less than 24hrs, someone else came up with this “stuck in customs” idea/trick. They don’t even keep their own words!!! If you look at their amazon.com ratings, it shows a drop down recently. Now I can deeply understand why!
