Arrived in good time with items as described. Strong sturdy light poles with elastic easy to thread and long enough. Fibre glass easy to saw through to cut to size. Only thing was an end piece was missing - which I didn’t need anyway, but it must have fallen out as the bags holding the small metal items were too flimsy (or it wasn’t checked before shipping). Also a suggestion for improvement is to include a pole with 2 ferule ends or a spare ferrule as a lot of tents need them to slot into those pins. I’ve had to order some online separately.

Lack of information about shipping, does not explain that parcels are picked up at 4pm so deliveries could actually be later than stated. Thanks to Rebecca this discrepancy was sorted instantly.
