Oct 11,2017Simple, quick, and easy! The service was straightforward to set up, and gave us all the options we wanted without being overwhelming or making us do more than we wanted to. And since the payout is technically cash, it's truly flexible (no debating to return a gift or store it for that one use a year). Only downside: connecting to a PayPal or bank account could use better explanation. The email used for the account MUST match the PayPal one, and there's no changing. This lead to some complications getting our money out of our registry, but we sorted it out (fortunately my wife and I each have our own PayPal and bank accounts, so we had the flexibility to connect other options).

Oct 10,2017Traveler's Joy was a super easy way to encourage people to gift us with honeymoon funding! We had a lot of the things we needed for our house but we wanted to take an amazing honeymoon vacation and knew we couldn't do it without help. Our guests loved contributing through traveler's joy! People told us how they decided on what gift to give us and I loved how much thought they put into it. We were also able to provide options for guests of all budgets. We ended up receiving all of the honeymoon activity money we registered for on Traveler's Joy and went on our honeymoon without having to worry about the expenses!

The website was easy to use and had great features to illustrate what the money would be used for on the trip and allowed us to customize. The fees that were deducted were really minimal and seemed very reasonable for the service. I highly recommend Traveler's Joy as an alternative for couples who don't need a lot of household gift items! The funds were easy and quick to transfer as well.
