my 5 week experience with this outfit was quite interesting. I initially booked two tickets on a flight for a very affordable price. I received the confirmation from the company but never received confirmation from the airlines. After contacting the company, wondering what was up, they told me that while I had a confirmation, my payment details didn't go through so they tried to rebook me. Now the price had doubled. Oh well, so then without having to resubmit my payment details to them the payment went through no problem, weird it worked this time but not the first time when the price was less expensive. I then contacted the company weekly for about three to four weeks wondering when I can expect to receive my airline tickets. Finally, I did receive my tickets, the funny thing is that it was with completely different airlines than originally booked. I was still traveling on the correct dates but now with completely different airlines. The return leg ended up being non-stop, so that was an improvement. So all in all I did ultimately get my plane tickets, I'll give it 4 out of 5.
Would not use this company again. We were pressured to write reviews before our trip even started (through numerous phone calls). Then, as our trip started we found out our ticket had been changed (without any notification to us). We missed our connection as a result and ended up losing a full day of vacation (not to mention the hassle of having to rearrange hotel and travel bookings). While the company did pay for our hotel as we waited a full day for our changed flight, they went completely silent afterwards providing us no insight into their “investigation” over who changed our flight and why we weren’t notified. Further requests to resolve the issue were ignored and went unanswered. We suspect they changed the flight to a 25 hour connecting flight (rather than the 1 hour connection we had booked) to save money since the 1 hour connection was significantly more expensive than the longer connection flights we considered. Thoroughly unimpressed with the way they handled this and do not recommend them at all. Play it safe and stick with a reputable agency. This company does not deserve your business. UPDATE (Jan 12, 2024): Pay no attention to the response from the company below - it's just words and they have done nothing meaningful to resolve the issue. Be aware that their "customer service" experience is all simply a bunch of words designed to try to make you feel better while they just push the issue down the road hoping it will go away. A representative did call me and proceeded to inform me how this never happens and they want to resolve the issue. He informed me he'd reply within 72 hours. That was over a week ago and they are not responding to calls. Trust me, if something goes wrong, you will get nothing substantial from customer service other than hearing how this never happens to them and how they want to make it right - but it's all just words. They have no intention of actually resolving any issue. They're more worried about posting replies that sound like they're taking action but in reality they're just trying to salvage their poor reputation. If there was an option for zero stars I would choose it as one star seems to be giving them too much credit.
