BUYERS BEWARE: THIS SITE LIKE A FEW OTHERS ARE SCAM. PAYING FARE ONLINE AND THEN GET CALLED BACK THAT THE FLIGHT PRICE WENT UP BY 30%. IF IT IS NOT ONE OF THOSE REPUTABLE ONLINE SOURCES, STAY AWAY. It seems like the good ratings are from their associates.
Great value.
Great experience
Honest Review ! Website is great to book flights ! Only problem was the price decreased after 15 mins after doing one booking. Asked the customer service why and they couldn’t explain. First booking 550 per ticket second 499 per ticket big drop after 15 mins. Customer service should price Match when this kind of situation happen.
Par expérience attention au arnaque il essaye de changer les dates de votre billets on vous demandent de payé plus cher avec des monsonge
First time using Travel Junction (.ca) and thought: “Wow, this website is great at finding good flight deals”. So found the flight / accommodations I was looking for, and booked. Thinking we’re good to go come May for our chosen flight dates / times. Which I was wrong. Ended up getting a phone call / voicemail about 30 minutes later after we booked online to say there were some problems, and to call them back asap (with urgency). So, I called them back and first spoke to a gentleman named Brad. He told me that when they tried to book what I paid for on their website, that the flights I chose were “not available” anymore. Which I proceeded to ask, why would it even show on your website and multiple others then, IF indeed these weren’t available. At the price your website was showing at the time of booking (which I spent probably 2+ hours scouring multiple sites to find these deals). He proceeded to tell me that all online flight bookings can have this happen, and that if we wanted that exact same flight it was going to cost about $500+ (per passenger x2) more than what we originally paid at the time of booking. So naturally I wasn’t happy about the price change, and I was looking for alternative accommodations which is what he kept offering me with different flights and different days / times to leave. I told him multiple times, that we wanted to leave on the dates and times we already chose and I just wanted a refund. But after a bunch of back and forth (and still not allowing me to refund) he told me that his manager would talk to me (Chris). So I spoke with Chris for probably 30-45 minutes while he was trying to basically elaborate why this happens, and how live flight inventory works, etc. also noting the same thing about not being able to match the price I seen online, and the absolute only other flight we would be able to do was still $200 and we had to have a layover on the way (3 hours). Instead of our originally booked direct flights to and from the location. So after again talking back and forth, and without any option to refund we finally decided fine we will just suck it up and take the changes. So after he processed the extra charges, he said he would “email” me again with the updated new Itinerary; and rushed to get me off the phone. It’s been close to a week now. Still no updated itinerary. I have emailed back both Brad & Chris and tried contacting their info at travel junction . ca . Anytime I call, it says this number is not available now. So not sure what to think now. Quite upset with the process of this entire online transaction. Honestly should have stuck with a more credible brand / booking system. Do not personally recommend. Sincerely, A very disappointed customer Joseph Jean-yves Jobin (And yes I have a reference number which id be happy to send)
They would sell cheaper tickets, then call to adjust the price or you lose your money!
I allowed myself to get into this company trap twice This is what I learned: - traveljunction (TJ) puts the lowest priced offers as a bite to lure customers - customer books quickly a "good" deal - TJ sends a quick confirmation and gets customer's credit cards to ensure payments - next day they call customer to tell them that TJ cannot meet agreed price but they can offer the same flights for approx. 30% higher price - if customer wants to cancel they tell them that cancellation fees must be paid, which is about 30% of the initially booked price - so customer has a choice to pay 30% booking cancelation fees, or 30% higher price - then TJ adds another lie telling them that price includes some baggage - when customer later checks everything with the flight provider, he finds that the price is just basic with no laggage included I need to share my experience with others to prevent them failing into the same scam. 03/11/2025: TJ replied to my review that they don’t have my data and asked me to provide it. This is just another lie, because they have my name, phone number, email address since we had along discussion over phone, we exchanged few emails and they have issued booking for mentioned flight to me.
It's a scam, don't believe what the 5stars ones say, those are bought. They try to squeeze more money out of you after you book and say only half the tickets went through. Then they had the audacity to give me trouble
Booked an advertised price and was called minutes later telling me the Airline had changed the flight but I could pay $400 more for a similar flight…I refused that option but had to pay a $75 cancellation fee even though I hadn’t purchased anything. Total scam…DO NOT USE!
The same scam tactics described by everyone who gave an honest review happened to me. Paid for 4 tickets and then they called me stating that only 2 were confirmed and to confirm the other 2 tickets all 4 tickets would be 230 dollars more. what a joke. Avoid at all costs. All the positive reviews are so clearly fake.
Quite helpful and polite. Fully understood my needs
I am happy with the price
I've received my e-tickets the next day after booking.
Sam was very helpful
Nice talking to Sam
Very good price and easy to use. Will definitely use again
It is a scam. Do not fall for the low price, they will call you and ask you for more money to release the ticket.
Great easy to use

Mar 25,2025Traveljunction is not a Canadian travel company. And the fares were not honored. Nowhere was it written that tickets were standby. Tried upselling to compensate for the error. They were helpful, but couldn’t come to an agreement and cost me to cancel tickets even though every site or company allow cancelation of airline tickets within the same day of booking!
