Jan 21,2025Really lovely experience in the New Forest. Delightful room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast . Endlessly helpful staff. Walk into Brokenhurst in 10 mins to pubs etc. Many local attractions within easy driving distance. Highly recommended in every way.

Jan 20,2025Gelungenes Wochenende. Wir waren vom 17. bis 19.01.25 als Familie (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) im Strandhotel Gerken. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Sehr gutes Essen, große Zimmer, schöner Wellnessbereich und das zu einem sehr guten Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliches Personal.

Jan 20,2025It is the 3rd time we have been to this spa experience. Firstly, the date we chose initially was not available as the facility was closed due to work being completed. The second date we arranged was cancelled due to the same reason. Today we got there a half hour earlier than planned and the receptionist kindly let us in . But, one of the Jacuzzis was empty and the other one looked dirty. The sauna and steam rooms were not very warm. I mentioned the heat of the sauna to the receptionist and she checked. She said it was at the heat it should be and that it may be because the door had been left open. After mentioning it the sauna did get warmer. The shower and changing rooms were clean and fine. Lunch was lovely and the service was great.

Jan 20,2025Wir haben im Hotel Royal in Reischach im Pustertal nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Zuerst fand ich bei der Ankunft die PIN Nummer nicht. Dabei ist uns die freundliche Sekretärin an der Rezeption sofort zu Hilfe gekommen, Sie hat sogar bei Travelzoo direkt angerufen. Dann war das Problemgelöst. Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll, es gibt sehr viele Kunstgegenstände , alles ist abgestimmt, ohne überlastet zu wirkene. Es ist überall sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war groß und einladend. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, auch der Snack am Nachmittag war üppig und gut. Alles selbstgemachte Kuchen...

Jan 20,2025Das gesamte Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zugewandt. Die 5 Sterne wurden nur deshalb verfehlt, weil die Bäder, vergleichen mit den anderen Leistungen, nicht diesen hohen Standard hatten.
