I have to admit that resolution provided was swift and without any hassle. Well done tReds. Thank you ====================================================== What can I say...Order a pair of shoes, delivered in 3 days....so far so good. However wrong size. Ordered EU 42, the pair arrived in a box clearly marked as size EU 41.5. On the phone requested return and refund. Collect+ return label sent, parcel collected by the Collect+ courier.....11....yes 11 days ago. On the tracking information there is no progress whatsoever since collection. tReds haven't answered single e-mail or phone call. So I am £49.99 out of pocket and no one cares

Jul 18,2017I was given a gift card by my husband so I started shopping on line when couldn't find a link to use my gift card I noticed the chat button and spoke to them about using gift card they gave me a number to ring and after advising them of my dilemma they just asked me what I was ordering and took my gift card number and it was sooo easy x
