Dec 27,2024I order hair powder for my son. The money was deducted from account, but still no email confirming my purchase nor has the product been shipped. Okay. Thank you for the update. The email I used was correct so I’m not sure why I didn’t receive anything. I look forward to receiving the product.

Dec 20,2024I purchased a Black Friday deal where you buy 2 hair styling powders and you get 1 free and you get a free styling comb. My order was only partially filled, I received the 3 styling powders on time. I did not receive the comb, but on my SHOP app it said 1 of 2 packages was delivered. So I waited a few weeks for it to arrive, but it did not. I reached out to customer service and their reply was: Hi there, I hope this email finds you well. I'm writing to confirm that your package has been delivered to the address you provided. The package was handled by USPS The comb was not delivered. Update: Apparently writing a bad review produces results. My comb arrived on Christmas Eve. I’ve updated them to 4/5 stars. It shouldn’t take a bad review to get the product you purchased, but kudos to them for finally making it right.

We purchased a beach bundle and the product is great especially the sea salt spray, not super sticky leaves your hair still feeling natural. We had a slight issue with our package delivery and the customer service was above and beyond!

Oct 22,2024Super customer service! While there was a mix up in the warehouse my order was quickly fixed! I send an email when my first package arrived and was replied to almost immediately. Great communication all the way through. I live in Australia and the shipping was quick and efficient. The product is great. Adding volume to my hair. After chemo therapy some years ago I have a thin spot or two. This works a treat. Big thank you to Mariana and the Trimble chimp team.

Oct 21,2024WOW! Fantastic. I have very fine hair and not a lot of it. For years I’ve tried every product available, and no matter what, it would weigh my hair down. This powder is incredible. I put a little on my hands, bend over and fluff it through my hair. Then when I’m standing again I style it. A tiny bit of hair spray and it’s GREAT for hours. Thank you again and again. I love your product.

Oct 19,2024I started with the power Tribal Chimp. As a result, I was very pleased with the product. I then decided to try the styling clay along with the styling matte paste. I am sold on these products. The end results were like the advertisement. I have no plans to swich.

And now, I’m absolutely blown away! This product is exactly as advertised!! Sprinkle a little bit on, run your hand through your hair, and boom!! My Wife is absolutely over the moon about it. Thank you for being an honest organization that has created a killer product! I can’t recommend this enough!!!

Jan 08,2025I placed an order via the TribalChimp website which got held up in LA for three weeks due to the Canadian Postal strike. Customer service was VERY responsive and was sent a replacement order via their Amazon store within a couple of days.
