I emailed yesterday requesting my subscription be canceled due to the product unfortunately doesn't work well for me. I received a prompt reply this morning and my subscription was cancelled promptly, as well as my credit card account credited today. Again, excellent customer service and a pleasure to highlight!
I didn’t receive my product but the supplier resend the product for a second time and was lost again by Australia Post. So they fully refunded my purchase price. Great to deal with and quick response for your email concerns .
It actually worked. Saw an ad on Instagram, which could be hit or miss. But it actually worked -- and my hair is longer, so that was cool.

Shipping to Europe means high import charges. Had to reject the delivery as import duties were double the product price. Tribal Chimp were kind and did an efficient job re-shipping it to my sister in the U.S. We’ll have to wait to use it but appreciate the great customer service.
Where to start. Dont waste your money! Poorly packaged in a jiffy bag so the box was crumpled. On opening to check there was actually a product in there, half the contents was in the lid. Cant give this to my son for xmas now, wish I'd just found an alternative in the UK. Absolute waste of money. Have learnt my lesson, dont buy from ads off Facebook!!
Ordered from this company on the 8th November and over a month later I contacted them to check where my order was. They had advised it was stuck in customs and would ship again. A few days later I received a card from Royal Mail to say I had a customs fee to pay which was £35. I went to my local post office to pay the £35 and was given the parcel. I wasnt happy about it but as this was a gift for my partner for Christmas I needed to. Then a couple of days later I received abother parcel of the same products from the second shipment sent. Didn't need to pay the customs fee for this shipment. If I had know that the customs fee I needed to pay was for the original shipment I would never had paid and just waited for the second shipment. Very disappointing indeed. However, my partner does love the products and now he has tow of everything even if it did cost me a fortune.
Apparently a delivery with UPS was attempted. This never happened. No UPS card and I was in when supposed delivery happened. Now told to pick up from post office, but no details of where. Should know better than to order something from Instagram. Seriously avoid this company. Just nonsense. TOTAL SCAM.

Placed an order but has never been received. I have chased but you can't get through to anyone and all you have is tracking but that's wrong!!
Product came quickly. It doesn't have a white residue and it does work. My only issue is the way it makes my hair feel. If I had short hair and washed it every day, it might make sense for me. But, I have long hair and I didn't like the feel. Tried a similar product at my hair salon and it worked just as well without the weird feel at the roots of my hair. So, yes, it works. But there is better out there.
Works amazingly well. And like how they say it works. It’s really easy to restyle. So long as you don’t use too much. If you use too much you can’t really even get a comb through your hair. As long as the ingredients are safe. This stuff is amazing.
Looked very promising from the ad, so decided to get 3x styling powder + comb deal. Did not receive anything after 3 weeks and the tracking update says it’s sitting with EU customs. It has been 8 weeks now and the package was returned to US with the note: delivery attempted in September(?!) Package delivery was missed due to unavailable addressee or closed office. Yeah right, seems that they tried to send it as a mailbox package which wont work in NL because a mailbox entrance is 2-3 cm wide and only fits an envelope so no package wont fit. Called UPS 3 times and they directed me to a different department all 3 times and finally suggested to have the package resend by the seller in the appropriate manner. Not going to do that, enjoy my 35$, well played.
Perhaps the product is good, don't know because will not utilise my chance to try it. If you live in Europe, you might want to think twice for ordering due to custom fees as this is a US shop. In Denmark, useless to pay 169DKK custom fees for a 100DKK worth delivery. Now the product will be returned and let's see if there will be issues with refund. Also I would be cautious with a webshop that states nothing about return right on their website.
You just lost a sale to a potential new customer because each time I tried to access the shopping cart you prompt we sign a quiz that I have no interest in participating in. I just wanted to buy a product!
My barber once used some kind of powder to style my hair. I liked it. But I forgot to ask him for the name of the product. I did remember that the bottle had a picture of a monkey. Then one day I saw an ad for tribal chimp on Facebook. Thinking that that was the product I saw at my barber’s, I ordered 3 bottles. When I received my order and used the powder, to my disappointment, it made my hair feel very lifeless, very dry and unpleasant to the touch. At first I thought that maybe I put too much of it on my hair, so next time I used a lot less powder. It wasn’t as bad but still not what I wanted. The next time I saw my barber, I made sure to check his bottle of hair powder. It was a different brand with a picture of a monkey on the bottle, but not a chimp. When my barber styled my hair it felt like it had more moisture and looked lively and shiny. Idk who stole from whom, but tribal chimp is not the winning product in my opinion. 2 stars because the hold does last long.
If you are amazon seller don’t buy product from this fraud company their moq is very high and you will loose all your money eventually.
Do NOT order from this dishonest company. Their product sucks, but more importantly, they do NOT honor their 30-day return guarantee. After only 4 days, I tried to politely return and notified them by e-mail, as required, and they REFUSED to give me a return authorization or return address, despite requesting it EIGHT TIMES over e-mail. All I got was endless replies IGNORING the request from someone named Rohan, each time offering me tips to style my own hair and "use their product better" while ignoring all EIGHT requests for a return address. Now they're disputing my dispute with my credit card company over $20. They're horrible and will just get off on wasting your time.
