Jun 06,2024I never recieved my product, it has been returned to sender, and they have not returned me my money.. I ordered ORDER #TC344601, 1st of may, and when i check the tracking number the package was returned to sender over a week ago. The "contact us" option on their website, simply links to a subscription form so they can send you ads through text messages. Horrible experience, and i now have to report them to mastercard to get my moneyback....

May 30,2024Update. Missing item was quickly posted out. So excellent turn around. Used powder for first time on Sunday so here is honest opinion. So the powder itself does exactly what it is supposed to do. Gives a light hold with a. Dry look. However any sort of wind is going to mess it up unless u have quite short hair. But that same with most powder. I give it a light spray of got2b spray at end to keep it place. Delivery was extremely fast. Packaging however very cheap for the price I payed doesn’t bother me at all but there is no way they could charge the original price of £48 pound for 3 tubes. I paid £26 is realistic and fair. But if I had paid the £48 I would have felt extremely ripped off. For what I payed I’m happy my free gift was cheap and cheerful but it’s a gift so no complaints. Overall it’s fine. I usually have slick gorilla. And if was paying normal price I would go for them over this as powder is pretty much similar but bottle is better material but when on offer I would choose tribal chimp

May 30,2024Firstly, the entire shipment didn’t arrive, so not a great start. The product itself is an off the shelf Chinese made item that countless companies market, claiming it a ‘premium product’. It is far from such. Packaging is horribly cheap (a generic bottle with a Tribal Chimp sticker stuck lopsided to the bottle). It also does virtually nothing to style your hair - at least not thick medium length hair. I can only assume in the videos the miracle style that the powder gives is actually provided by some pre applied product. Very poor, would not buy again.

May 04,2024je parle en tant que client français, ayant beaucoup l'habitude de la cire habituelle je commande la fameuse poudre miracle sur le site, deja payé 20 euros pour une poudre de 10 grammes ca semble extravagant mais soit. Ensuite quand je le reçois le facteur me demande 11 euros pour le colis ??? Je ne savais meme pas que c'était possible, apparement c'est a cause du brexit mais dans ce cas pourquoi ne pas prévenir ? et ensuite à l'essai du produit malheureusement il ne tient pas et ce malgré une quantité énorme du produit utilisé, bref n'achetez pas et encore moins si vous êtes en France.

Apr 30,2024Id bet money that this is a drop-shipping AliExpress special… not a company that actually prides themselves on quality hair care. First, I had an allergic reaction to the *cheap* chemicals and artificial scents they use in the clay dust. (I typically use higher quality salon products like Kevin Murphy, STATEMNT, Davines, and other products without issues). With the money back guarantee, they fail to mention you have to pay for shipping. So by the time the shipping costs are added, the refund is not a money guarantee - it’s a partial refund. So instead of that, they sent the matte clay. It felt AWESOME in my hair, and worked really well, but same thing; I got hot in my forehead and a headache. (Classic allergic reaction due to cheap chemicals). My friend said “it kind of smells like bug spray” and sure enough, one of the ingredients is the same ingredient in bug spray 😂 I learned my lesson and will be sticking to quality salon products.

Apr 02,2024Sorry for the long time in replying, but took a long time in arriving, but then again I'm on the other side of the pond. Tried the powder, and was very impressed, maximum hold and added so much body to my fine hair. The more you use, the more sculptural effects you can create. Impressive!

Mar 26,2024I love this product. Finally I have found a hair product that keeps my hair light and fluffy, but yet stays in place. I have tried gels, mousse, and other creams. My hair always seemed to be flat and oily after a period of time. With this product, a quick brush with my hand and my hair stays in place, or sometimes I might just add some drops of water to my hand and brush it through. I just ordered a three pack so I could keep one in my travel kit and have spares at home.

Mar 25,2024Gotta say it didn’t go as planned, but not sure whose fault it is. First 2 packages never arrived also tracking showed they did at their end, not mine. But they sent me a 3rd bottle and refunded my money asap. With that type of great service in getting a positive outcome, I intend on buying more if it does its job. Thanks guys
