Kunne ikke få bestillingen igennem på Tripstas hjemmeside, men fik god support både telefonisk og senere via mail.
Hurtigt nemt og til at forstå
Vedr. Lufthansa. Det irriterede mig at passagerer fra economy class brugte Business Class toiletter. De stod i kø i gangen, sat sig på de ledige pladser mens de ventede, da de ikke måtte vente i "køkkenet". Ikke lige det jeg forventede som Business Class passager.
Overskuelig og tydelig helt vejen igennem.

I chose the flight with momondo, was redirected to the tripsta webpage, proceded to book and just before I paid I saw that the flight tims were completely different to that I had searched for and clicked on. Went through the process again to be sure it wasn't my fault but the same problem occured. Could have been costly. Admiittedly it pays to check everything before finalizing,.....but even so.

Jeg bestilte og betalte for 5 flybilletter, men modtog ingen billetter eller bekræftelse. Efter at have kontaktet deres kundeservice (kø i 15 min) blev jeg informeret om, at købet var annulleret. Dette modtog jeg ingen information om før egen henvendelse. Nu har jeg brugt 2 uger forgæves på at få pengene refunderet, men det lader ikke til at være muligt. Så nu har jeg måtte lave en indsigelse for at få pengene retur. Tripsta kan på ingen måde anbefales!
Der pålægges flere og flere servicegebyrer undervejs i din booking.

Avoid this company, i arrived to the airport and they told me (airBerlin) that Tripsta never send them the reservation (even though the money was deducted already) i tried to call their 24 hour service, but after 70 mins in que i gave up. They send me an email 3 hours AFTER my original departure that they had canceled my flight This company is a complete joke :)

My husband and his friends booked a trip with Tripsta from Copenhagen to München for Oktoberfest 2017. The trip is with an SAS flight from CPH and a return flight with Transavia. A couple of months ago Transavia (oh do not even get me started on their non existing customer care) contacted us explaining that they have changed the return flight for the day before. If tis was not suitable for them, Transavia would refund the tickets. Great, we asked for a refund because they wanted to stay that extra day. So now when we ask Transavia where the money is they tell us that they refunded the amount (ca DKK 2500,-) to Tripsta weeks ago. Of course we cannot get trough to Tripstas customer care because it does not exist... so no money no tickets and a bitter taste that we should have been much better at checking the reviews here, because then we NEVER would have chosen a booking agent with a reputation like this. Stealing is a crime last time I checked!!!!!!
