If you are from the UK do NOT use. My sister and I just tried to book tickets to Disney. It said her card was declined. So she tried again. Declined again. They took 2.5k out of her account and she’s currently trying to get it back as it’s wiped her account out. I’ve never known a company take the funds when they decline a card. I’m disgusted my sister is mortified and upset currently on the phone to her bank. Tripster you have ruined our holiday planning today.

Although printed the tickets, they did not accept them and I had to re-purchase the tickets.
Wr tickets at the quoted price had a problem getting our tickets at the quoted price when we tried to check to check out .We called and your agent was helpful.

I bought the wrong tickets and didn't notice until I actually got to the park. After calling support, I was informed that nothing could be done, as the time to swap or refund had passed. Support suggested talking to the agents to see if they would still allow us in as we did purchase tickets for their sister property. Luckily I got a kind agent that day! Their tickets are legit! Just pay attention to what you're buying in case they have sister parks.
I was real pleased on how the agent helped me fine the best price for my stay!!
