It was easy to booked the show that I wanted. Aside from the problem I encountered that I ordered 4 tickets for my friend and both of them got sick. I tried to cancell the two tickets. I called the 800 number and representative told me that she couldn't cancel. I bought the tickets 2 hours ago but I'm unable to cancel. The show was Soul motown in Pigeon Forge,TN June 2, 2023. 5 pm show.

As a fairly heavy tripadvisor user, having a good deal on a hotel and attraction combo got Tripster into the game, but the customer service provided by your agent Sam (Samantha) was phenomenal. I had called your support line afterhours to inquire about changing my attraction reservation date. She tried calling me multiple times but I didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number, and she tried again because (unbeknownst to me) my voicemail had been disabled. Unable to reach me by phone, she sent me an email and proactively set up a new reservation in my cart. When I called to discuss it with her, she picked up promptly, immediately recalled my name and situation, and was totally supportive when I said I needed some time to consider the options before actually changing the tix. Fast forward to last night, when I was a little confused about how to make the change on my own in the website -- I sent her a direct email (again, well after hours) requesting some help, expecting not to hear from her for a couple of days (since today is Memorial Day). She responded immediately last night (WOW!) and this morning again proactively issued the revised tickets. She made me feel like I, and my concerns, were important, and treated me and my vacation plans (with my wife and grandkids) as something precious. THAT'S the way to be there for your customers! Well done, Sam!

Customer service representative (CSR) did an outstanding job. CSR was patient, professional, answered all questions. CSR provided helpful information that made my choices easy to make. I will continue to use this company for reservation purposes due to this recent experience.
